Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Estimated shipping time is based on the shipping method and the ship to location. Most locations in the United States take less than 4 days to reach their destination via ground shipping.

All products are ordered from our suppliers specifically for your order and custom decorated, therefore all purchases are final. Please verify the size, quantity, and color you are ordering before placing your order. We will gladly replace any items deemed defective due to damage, materials, or workmanship - or if the item(s) you receive is not the item(s) that you ordered. Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on the shipping address as well the total volume and weight of the items in the order.
